As a ServiceNow HRSD Developer You Will:
- Work within Agile/Scrum teams and support sprints grooming and retrospectives.
- Develop and enhance HRSD modules: Case & Knowledge Management Employee Service Center Lifecycle Events and Document Management.
- Build and optimize HR workflows for onboarding/offboarding employee transitions and automation.
- Develop ServiceNow components including Service Portal Flow Designer Workflows Business Rules and UI Policies/Actions.
- Integrate ServiceNow with HRIS systems (Workday SAP SuccessFactors Oracle HCM) using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Build dashboards reports and Performance Analytics solutions.
- Ensure platform security GDPR compliance and role-based access controls.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 46 years of hands-on ServiceNow HRSD development experience.
- Strong Agile/Scrum working knowledge.
- Proficiency in JavaScript Glide API and client/server scripting.
- Experience in case management HR workflows and process automation.
- Strong integration experience with REST/SOAP APIs and HRIS tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize HRSD and platform components.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
