Roles & Responsibilities
Manage Treasury Client Onboarding activities including collection validation and verification of client documents.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely account setup maintenance modifications and activation.
Handle requests for account updates modifications and closures in line with regulatory and compliance standards.
Support offboarding activities including closure documentation record management and archival processes.
Monitor update and maintain client data accuracy across internal systems as per compliance norms.
Respond promptly to client queries ensuring timely resolution within defined SLAs.
Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
Prepare and maintain reports dashboards and documentation required for audits and internal reviews.
Ensure all client information and documents are handled with strict confidentiality and data security.
Required Qualifications
Essential Skills
Hands-on knowledge of Treasury Client Onboarding Account Maintenance and Offboarding processes.
Strong understanding of AML onboarding KYC documentation and regulatory compliance standards.
Proficiency in MS Excel Word and basic reporting tools.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and strong interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
Certification in Treasury Client Lifecycle Management (Preferred).
