Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support our Colonial Heights clinic. This position provides advanced clinical guidance mentorship for teammates and oversight of treatment quality in a structured supportive in-clinic environment.
Position Summary

- Setting: In-clinic
- Employment Type: Full-time exempt
- Total Compensation: $90000$110000 per year (includes base salary and bonus potential)
The Senior BCBA works closely with clinic leadership to maintain high clinical standards support staff development and ensure effective compassionate service for children and families.
What Youll Do
- Provide advanced direction for treatment planning and program adjustments
- Mentor and support BCBAs BCaBAs RBTs and technicians
- Review documentation assessments and data trends
- Maintain strong communication with caregivers regarding progress and next steps
- Participate in team meetings professional development and ongoing training
- Assist clinic leadership with workflow quality checks and operational coordination
Qualifications
Required
- Active BCBA certification
- Eligible for or currently holding Virginia behavior analyst licensure
- Experience supervising clinical staff
- Strong communication organization and leadership skills
Preferred
- Prior senior-level BCBA experience
- Experience guiding teams within a clinic-based ABA program

Required Education:
