Job Summary
Essential Job Functions
- Lead direct and manage multiple site operations to ensure that the operations staff executes service agreements at or above the clients standards.
- Maximize profitability through superior client service effective and prompt communications and follow-up on all pending matters with the client.
- Plan and monitor daily staffing schedules and adjusts accordingly to ensure adequate staffing levels that support operational demands and business objectives.
- Establish budget and manage revenue and expenses to budget goals.
- Responsible to train develop and motivate employees to peak performance and growth in their knowledge and responsibilities
- Ability to manage the financial aspects of the department (purchasing budget preparation and review financial reporting and monitoring expenses).
- Assist in sales opportunities and joint calls with sales executives - Implement new business and assure start-up success
- Other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements
- Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus
- Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time some light lifting may be required in some instances.
- Talking hearing and using hands to operate computer equipment
Education & Experience
- Bachelors degree required Minimum fifteen years related experience required
- Minimum five years supervisory experience required
Other Skills and Abilities
- Computer Literate
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office internet web based and job specific software applications
CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES
- Professional certification may be required in some areas
