Bachelors degree or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. NYS RN License BLS required Wound Care Certification preferred

Physical Effort: Very Heavy effort. May exert up to 50 lbs. force
Physical Environment: Significant exposure to dirt odors noise human waste etc.
