Position Summary
Centennial Yards a premier mixed-use development in the heart of Atlanta is seeking an organized and service-oriented Valet Parking Manager to oversee day-to-day valet operations across our hotels event venues and retail areas. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth parking operations exceptional guest service and efficient team management. The ideal candidate will be highly organized a strong communicator and experienced in coordinating staff schedules payroll and daily operations in a fast-paced environment.
This role pays an annual salary of $50000-$65000

This position will remain open until February 20 2026.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the valet team across multiple sites within the Centennial Yards development.
- Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure proper coverage for hotel event and retail parking operations.
- Assist with timekeeping payroll processing and verification of employee hours.
- Oversee valet operations during peak hours and major events to maintain a high standard of service.
- Train and mentor valet attendants on guest service safety and operational procedures.
- Monitor vehicle flow key control and safety compliance across all valet areas.
- Serve as the main point of contact between the valet team property management and event partners.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any service issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate operational reports and assist with performance tracking and budgeting.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in valet operations hospitality or parking management (supervisory experience preferred).
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Working knowledge of scheduling and payroll systems (e.g. ADP When I Work or similar).
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and event days.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record; ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
