What youll be doing

As a member of the Personal Banking Team youll be providing leadership and expertise in directing and managing all sales and service activities for Personal Banking across your Market in order to achieve/exceed objectives. As a Market Vice President Personal Banking you will champion CIBCs vision of being the Leader in Client Relationships by focusing on relationship management and new business origination activitieswith target clients and prospects in order to achieve desired client results and drive financial performance.

  • Client Excellence Establish a world-class sales and service culturewhich is proactive in helping clients achieve their ambitions.

  • Results Driven Leadership - Build a culture of collaboration across multiple client offers so that clients are served by those best able to meet their financial goals. Monitor the Markets business performance and put action plans into place to close any gaps. Work collaboratively with all partners to maximize market opportunities and increase the Markets overall performance. Manage and minimize risk to safeguard our bank clients and shareholders.

  • People Leadership Lead and coach a high performing management team to deepen client relationships and grow business to CIBC. Provide meaningful development opportunities for employees and challenge people at all levels to re-think the way they do business.
