Ejecutar la recepción técnica de proyectos de automatización en supermercados verificando de forma remota la conexión del sitio y el cumplimiento del alcance que incluye entre otros medición de energía control de HVAC refrigeración iluminación y demás sistemas integrados. Gestionar múltiples proyectos en paralelo documentar incidencias dar seguimiento a garantías y coordinar la resolución de faltantes para el cierre total de la instalación asegurando calidad y plazos establecidos
Function:
Recepción técnica de proyectos
Verificar de forma remota la conexión y operación de los sistemas instalados en el sitio.
Confirmar el cumplimiento del alcance incluyendo pero no limitado a medición de energía HVAC refrigeración iluminación y otros sistemas automatizados.
Gestión y seguimiento de proyectos
Administrar múltiples proyectos en paralelo asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos y calidad.
Coordinar con las áreas involucradas para resolver desviaciones y riesgos detectados.
Documentación y control de incidencias
Registrar incidencias técnicas y coordinar acciones correctivas.
Mantener un historial actualizado de cada proyecto.
Seguimiento de garantías y faltantes
Monitorear periodos de garantía coordinar reclamaciones y verificar soluciones.
Dar seguimiento a faltantes y pendientes hasta el cierre completo de la instalación.
Comunicación técnica
Mantener contacto constante con equipos internos contratistas y clientes para reportar avances incidencias y cierres.
Job Requirements
Collaboration First Hybrid Work Arrangements:
This role is hybrid eligible with the requirement to be in office at least three days per week. Colleagues are expected to demonstrate a collaboration first mindset which is the understanding that teams will work together in-person and colleagues should be flexible to adjust their hybrid days based on business needs. You will have an opportunity to work with your team and leader to determine when you should be in office to drive meaningful connections and to best serve our customers.
