Urgent Care & Telecare Response Team Helping People Stay Safe Supported and Independent

Join our compassionate team helping people stay safe supported and independent in their homes - preventing unnecessary hospital admissions.

What you will do

  • Respond to urgent care and Telecare alerts
  • Provide personal care meal prep and emergency support
  • Travel across Wiltshire delivering timely empathetic care
  • Work shifts including evenings weekends and bank holidays

Who we are looking for

  • Caring empathetic and dependable
  • Comfortable working independently and in a team
  • Understanding of elderly or disabled peoples needs
  • No formal qualifications needed we will support you to complete the Care Certificate
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
