Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and hands-on Early Childhood Teacher / Educational Leader to join our vibrant Box Hill service.
In this dual role you will guide educational practice deliver high-quality programs and support childrens individual learning and development through engaging play-based experiences that foster growth and curiosity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire educators fostering collaboration professional growth and a high-performing culture on the floor.

• Mentor support and model best-practice early childhood education as the Educational Leader.

• Oversee day-to-day operations including staffing budgets resources and compliance ensuring smooth centre management.

• Develop and deliver engaging holistic learning programs that support childrens growth and development.

• Prioritise health safety and wellbeing creating a nurturing and inclusive environment for every child.

• Build strong relationships with families and the community promoting involvement and the centres values.

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

• At least 6 months experience as an Educational Leader or in an early childhood leadership role

• Valid Working with Children Check

• Current First Aid CPR Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications

• Child Protection training/certificate

• Experience or strong interest in leadership and management pathways

• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development

• Excellent communication organisational and interpersonal skills
