Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and hands-on Early Childhood Teacher / Educational Leader to join our vibrant Box Hill service.
In this dual role you will guide educational practice deliver high-quality programs and support childrens individual learning and development through engaging play-based experiences that foster growth and curiosity.
Responsibilities
Lead and inspire educators fostering collaboration professional growth and a high-performing culture on the floor.
Mentor support and model best-practice early childhood education as the Educational Leader.
Oversee day-to-day operations including staffing budgets resources and compliance ensuring smooth centre management.
Develop and deliver engaging holistic learning programs that support childrens growth and development.
Prioritise health safety and wellbeing creating a nurturing and inclusive environment for every child.
Build strong relationships with families and the community promoting involvement and the centres values.
Qualifications and Skills
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
At least 6 months experience as an Educational Leader or in an early childhood leadership role
Valid Working with Children Check
Current First Aid CPR Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications
Child Protection training/certificate
Experience or strong interest in leadership and management pathways
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
Excellent communication organisational and interpersonal skills
