Job Description

Job Summary

Responsible for collecting analyzing and reporting data for escrow services including bank reconciliations 1099 reporting and unclaimed property compliance. Ensures accuracy resolves discrepancies and maintains documentation to support audits and regulatory requirements.


Job Responsibilities
  • Manages escrow operational team(s) and oversees processes related to the initiation or closing of escrows
  • Partners with and acts as a liaison between groups to ensure that compliance policy adherence production goals and timelines are met
  • Provides subject matter guidance to team
  • Allocates work to team based on priority
  • Communicates and explains complex information including interdependencies within the team and others
  • Impacts results of own team and effectiveness of related teams
  • Directly manages the work of others
  • Performs all other duties as assigned by management

Education
  • Bachelors degree in relevant field preferred

Experience
  • Typically requires 4 years of related work experience
