Job Summary

Job Title: Locum - Physician - OB/GYN

Join a dedicated team providing exceptional care at a well-respected inpatient facility located in Bardstown Kentucky. This community hospital is known for its commitment to quality healthcare and is actively seeking a talented OB/GYN physician to cover ongoing needs. With an estimated 30 deliveries per month you will play a crucial role in supporting this vibrant community.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct patient rounding and manage labors.
Oversee antepartum triage and treatment.
Respond to ER consults and pregnancy-related issues.
Perform required procedures including deliveries C-sections and gynecologic surgeries.
Manage maternal hypertension and hemorrhage.
Maintain accurate patient records using Epic EMR.

Qualifications:

Board Certified in OB/GYN.
Active medical license in the state of Kentucky.
ACLS and DEA certifications required during credentialing.
Clean malpractice history is highly preferred.
Availability at time of name clear is mandatory.

License and Certification Requirements:

ACLS and DEA Required.
