A well-established leader in the HVAC services industry is hiring a Human Resources Manager to join its headquarters in Lititz PA.
This position plays a key role in supporting the employee experience strengthening culture and providing day-to-day HR guidance across the organization. The Human Resources Manager will partner closely with leadership and employees to ensure that HR practices are aligned with business goals and delivered in a professional approachable manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop implement and maintain HR policies procedures and programs that support business objectives and align with all applicable federal state and local employment laws.
- Serve as a primary resource for employee relations including coaching leaders on conflict resolution performance management and corrective action while reinforcing the organizations values and culture.
- Oversee day-to-day administration of compensation and benefits programs including coordination of payroll-related HR inputs and support for benefits enrollment and ongoing changes.
- Monitor organizational compliance with employment regulations and internal policies identifying and addressing potential risk areas in a timely manner.
- Support employee development by coordinating training initiatives maintaining performance review processes and helping leaders leverage HR tools to grow their teams.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and manage HR information systems to ensure data integrity and support reporting needs.
- Partner with the People & Culture team to drive engagement initiatives recognition efforts and company-wide activities that foster connection among team members.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and professional HR experience.
- At least 3 years of progressive Human Resources experience in a generalist or similar role.
- SHRM certification (SHRM-CP SHRM-SCP) or related HR certification is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate records clean data and consistent support for employees and leaders.
- Proven ability to prioritize organize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including advanced skills in Excel and comfort working within HRIS and related systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust at all levels of the organization.
- Experience supporting employees in plumbing electrical HVAC or similar skilled trades environments is a plus but not required.
- Ability to meet standard pre-employment requirements which may include a background check physical evaluation drug screening and motor vehicle record review in accordance with company policies.
