We are seeking an experienced Nurse Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for nursing and clinical roles across multiple healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills excellent communication and a solid understanding of the healthcare hiring landscape.
Responsibilities:
Source screen and recruit qualified RNs LPNs CNAs and other clinical staff
Manage the full hiring process: posting jobs reviewing resumes conducting interviews and coordinating offers
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of nursing talent
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
Coordinate interviews credential verification and onboarding steps
Track recruitment activity and maintain accurate candidate records
Ensure compliance with healthcare hiring standards and facility requirements
Represent the organization professionally to candidates and clients
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
2 years of healthcare or nurse recruiting experience preferred
Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Indeed referrals databases)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage high-volume hiring
Knowledge of credentialing licensing and healthcare compliance is a plus
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
