Develop and update dynamic pricing strategies to maximize RevPAR.
Analyze performance and prepare accurate revenue and occupancy forecasts.
Manage room distribution and pricing across OTAs and direct channels.
Monitor market trends and competitors using benchmarking tools (e.g. STR).
Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to align revenue and occupancy goals.
Analyze customer segments and optimize market mix.
Manage RMS PMS and Channel Manager systems effectively.
Provide regular performance reports to senior management.
Support efforts to increase direct bookings and reduce reliance on intermediaries.
Ensure compliance with company policies and contracted rates.
Qualifications :
35 years of experience in hotel revenue management.
Strong knowledge of RMS PMS and analytics tools.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Proficiency in English and ability to work within a team.
