Atheer Connectivity is seeking an Account Manager to own and grow relationships with enterprise government and institutional customers. The role focuses on managing existing accounts identifying growth opportunities and ensuring customers receive reliable high-quality connectivity solutions aligned with their operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop a portfolio of enterprise and government accounts acting as the primary point of contact.
Understand customer connectivity needs and propose suitable Atheer solutions in coordination with technical and delivery teams.
Drive account growth through renewals upselling and cross-selling of Atheer services.
Coordinate internally with engineering operations and leadership to ensure smooth onboarding deployment and ongoing service delivery.
Maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups performance reviews and issue resolution.
Track account performance pipeline and key commercial metrics providing regular updates to management.
Requirements
25 years of experience in account management sales or customer success preferably in telecom IT or enterprise services.
Strong communication and relationship-management skills with experience dealing with enterprise or institutional clients.
Basic understanding of connectivity networking or infrastructure services (technical depth not required).
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Self-driven organized and comfortable operating in a fast-growing company environment.
Fluency in Arabic; good working proficiency in English.
