Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our Project Management Consultancy (PMC) you will oversee and manage all aspects of our mixed-use development projects ensuring they are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop and implement project management plans schedules and budgets for mixed-use construction projects
- Coordinate with architects engineers contractors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor project progress identify potential issues and implement solutions to keep projects on track
- Ensure compliance with local building codes safety regulations and quality standards
- Manage and optimize resource allocation across multiple project sites
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed progress reports for senior management and clients
- Lead and mentor project teams fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Analyze project data and key performance indicators to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Implement and oversee risk management strategies throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with business development teams to support bid preparations and client presentations
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management with a focus on mixed-use development projects
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects within PMC environments
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian building codes regulations and construction practices
- Proficiency in construction management software Building Information Modeling (BIM) and AutoCAD
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and Project
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail
- Outstanding leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
- Willingness to travel to various project sites within Saudi Arabia as needed
