We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Contract Manager to join our team in Duba Saudi this critical role you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of contract management ensuring compliance and optimizing our contractual relationships.
- Develop negotiate and manage complex contracts with vendors clients and partners
- Analyze contract terms and conditions to identify potential risks and opportunities
- Ensure compliance with local and international contract laws and regulations
- Monitor contract performance and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and resolve contractual issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract documentation and databases
- Lead contract review processes and recommend improvements to existing contracts
- Collaborate with legal teams to address complex contractual matters
- Develop and implement contract management policies and procedures
- Provide regular reports on contract status risks and financial implications
Qualifications :
- Qualification in Civil Engineering or any related field
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in contract management preferably in an international setting
- Proven track record in managing complex contracts and negotiations
- Strong knowledge of contract law and regulatory requirements in Saudi Arabia
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Outstanding negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience in infrastructure or construction projects is highly desirable
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced multicultural environment
