About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring timely and accurate monthly financial close in accordance with published calendars.
- Monitoring financial performance and providing insights on variances and trends across key business metrics.
- Developing and presenting quarterly forecasts articulating risks and opportunities and explaining variances to prior forecasts prior year and plan.
- Reviewing and analyzing key performance trends regularly.
- Driving system automation and developing finance metrics based on business requirements.
- Preparing ad hoc analysis and investigations as requested by leadership.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Accounting Finance Economics or related field.
- 5 years of experience in FP&A or other finance-related roles.
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis techniques to identify business risks and opportunities.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to drive actionable results.
- Masters degree (MBA or equivalent).
- Experience as a P&L owner.
- Solid interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new business models and evolving industry dynamics.
