Job Summary

REQUIREMENTS:

Total experience 13 years
Strong and progressive experience in project Delivery management including a minimum of 67 years in a senior leadership capacity.
Proven experience in the Retail CPG and e-Commerce sectors.
Must be from IT development background.
Strong track record of managing teams of approximately 6070 members.
Capable of overseeing portfolios valued between $1015 million.
Extensive expertise in project delivery team development and operational management with hands-on experience in establishing and managing new office locations.
Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams managing multiple stakeholders and driving organizational objectives effectively.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely cost-effective and high-quality delivery.
Collaborate with global teams to align projects with business goals and client expectations.
Monitor project progress identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Conduct regular status meetings maintain project documentation and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Partner with HR and leadership to recruit onboard and retain top talent.
Build mentor and develop a high-performing team aligned with company values and objectives.
Foster a collaborative innovative and growth-oriented work environment that promotes teamwork and excellence.
Serve as the primary contact for operational or setup-related issues within the office.
Collaborate with HR IT and facilities teams to resolve challenges efficiently and maintain smooth operations.
Act as a liaison between global and local teams to ensure alignment on project goals priorities and timelines.
Provide regular updates to senior leadership on office setup team performance and overall project progress.
Demonstrate a proactive solution-driven mindset with the ability to adapt to a fast-changing business environment.
Identify opportunities for growth efficiency and continuous improvement within the organization.
Optimize processes and workflows to enhance productivity and operational excellence.

Qualifications :

Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
