REQUIREMENTS:
- Total experience 13 years
- Strong and progressive experience in project Delivery management including a minimum of 67 years in a senior leadership capacity.
- Proven experience in the Retail CPG and e-Commerce sectors.
- Must be from IT development background.
- Strong track record of managing teams of approximately 6070 members.
- Capable of overseeing portfolios valued between $1015 million.
- Extensive expertise in project delivery team development and operational management with hands-on experience in establishing and managing new office locations.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams managing multiple stakeholders and driving organizational objectives effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely cost-effective and high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate with global teams to align projects with business goals and client expectations.
- Monitor project progress identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular status meetings maintain project documentation and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Partner with HR and leadership to recruit onboard and retain top talent.
- Build mentor and develop a high-performing team aligned with company values and objectives.
- Foster a collaborative innovative and growth-oriented work environment that promotes teamwork and excellence.
- Serve as the primary contact for operational or setup-related issues within the office.
- Collaborate with HR IT and facilities teams to resolve challenges efficiently and maintain smooth operations.
- Act as a liaison between global and local teams to ensure alignment on project goals priorities and timelines.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on office setup team performance and overall project progress.
- Demonstrate a proactive solution-driven mindset with the ability to adapt to a fast-changing business environment.
- Identify opportunities for growth efficiency and continuous improvement within the organization.
- Optimize processes and workflows to enhance productivity and operational excellence.
