WHAT YOULL DO
We are looking for a Business Expert with a strong understanding of business processes data and collaboration to join our Sales Data team. As a Business Expert you will act as a bridge between our business stakeholders and technical teams ensuring that requirements from stores accounting and reporting functions are clearly understood and translated into effective data solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify analyze and document business needs related to store sales data collection validation storage and consumption.
- Collaborate closely with experience and product teams to design and implement digital shop reporting solutions that meet business legal and compliance requirements for multiple markets.
- Act as the link between end users product managers and developers ensuring clarity and alignment on priorities and desired outcomes.
- Partner with store and finance stakeholders across countries to understand local legal variations and operational dependencies.
- Ensure that the products outputs meet store operational reporting and accounting requirements supporting business-critical functions.
- Support defining and monitoring KPIs for product initiatives to ensure measurable business impact.
- Create clear instruction documents user guides and walkthroughs for store colleagues and other end users to support smooth adoption of new digital reports and tools.
- Continuously identify opportunities for improvement and propose new ideas that enhance the products business impact.
- Support product planning and backlog refinement with insights on user needs compliance requirements and operational value.
WHO YOULL WORK WITH
Product team You will be part of a cross-functional product team that works with global stakeholders including store representatives accounting and compliance teams and experience layers to deliver reliable compliant and business-relevant data services.
The Sales Data product sits within H&Ms Business Tech organization and is responsible for collecting storing and distributing store sales data across the global ecosystem in a compliant and efficient way. Our mission is to ensure that every sales transaction from every store reaches the right business accounting and analytical stakeholders reliably and securely.
We operate in the component layer working closely with product and experience teams to provide data services that fuel critical business operations reporting and analysis. As we move towards digitalization one of our key focus areas is replacing paper-based shop reports with digital reports hosted on our product platform a transformation that will improve efficiency reduce paper costs and modernize store operations across markets.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for people with
- 4-6years Experience in business or product roles involving data-driven or operational systems preferably within retail or finance domains.
- Good understanding of data lifecycle management including data quality compliance and reporting.
- Ability to capture document and translate business requirements into clear actionable input for technical team.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.
- Self-leadership and ownership mindset comfortable working independently and driving initiatives.
- Knowledge of Agile ways of working (Scrum/Kanban).
