AECOMs Enterprise Capabilities team is seeking Architects III with experience in design drafting and construction documentation to work in our Bogotá Colombia offices.
The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the planning design and delivery of architectural projects within an enterprise environment oversee multidisciplinary coordination and author high-level technical documentation.
- Work closely with design engineering and consulting teams across multiple locations ensuring effective communication and coordination under senior supervision.
- Implement advanced tools such as Revit BIM 360 and digital collaboration platforms to deliver precise efficient and high-quality project outcomes.
- Support the development and application of global standards design guides and best practices under the direction of senior team members.
- Promote design innovation sustainability and compliance with relevant codes standards and AECOM quality procedures.
Qualifications :
Minimum Requirements:
- Professional degree in architecture 4 YORE experience in architectural design drafting and construction documentation.
- Advanced English Proficiency (C1 level required) additional languages are an asset.
- Proficiency in design software such as Revit AutoCAD SketchUp Adobe Suite and BIM tools.
Additional Information :
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in transport systems railways airports Data Centers or industrial facilities is considered a plus.
- Proven involvement in building projects within infrastructure environments is preferred.
- Experience coordinating interdisciplinary teams and contributing to large-scale projects and collaboration with other departments.
- Masters degree in Architecture or a related field is considered a plus.
- Basic understanding of building codes permitting processes and industry standards. Knowledge of American standards is considered a plus.
- Ability to perform technical quality reviews and ensure deliverables meet established standards.
