As a key member of the Sales team you will find yourself challenged and contributing in a significant way to the success of the business. As a Boxed Ground Beef Salesperson you will be a key contributor to the Sales team. Position responsibilities will include:
- Effective communicating and relationship building with various customers related to your area of sales.
- Successfully managing and developing ground beef boxed beef variety meat and export sales beef accounts are all opportunities.
- Maintaining and expanding existing accounts volume and product mix.
- Negotiating sales with customers while handling market complexity.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications (Required):
- Computer Literacy in Microsoft Office Outlook and others as required (i.e. AS400).
- Exceptional communication and strong leadership qualities while navigating through complex situations.
- General understanding of the sales process (sales reports prices lists program selling etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate Degree in Business Administration Agricultural Science or related field.
- Knowledge of the agriculture community and specifically beef production.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to make independent decisions while initiating and developing customer base. Must be a self-starter.
