Responsibilities
- Represent buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of yachts and boats.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients boatyards marinas and industry professionals.
- Evaluate and list vessels with detailed specifications photos and market insights.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends pricing and competitive listings.
- Utilize provided tools including MLS access appraisal services marketing resources and lead management platforms.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a yacht broker with a proven track record of successful transactions.
- Valid Florida Yacht Broker license (or ability to obtain one).
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the Florida boating market and yachting industry.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while thriving in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and yacht sales platforms is a plus.
