Monahans Auto is adding a Parts Advisor / Parts Counter Salesperson to support both of our brands:
Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Chevrolet and GMC.
This role is for someone who enjoys helping technicians and retail customers get the right parts the first time supports a busy shop and wants to grow with a solid dealership group.
Job Description:
You will work the parts counter for both our CDJR and Chevrolet/GMC stores assisting technicians wholesale accounts and walk-in customers. Youll look up parts create and manage tickets coordinate with service advisors help maintain inventory accuracy and support smooth daily operations in the parts department. Accuracy communication and follow-through are key.
Qualifications
Previous automotive parts service or dealership experience is strongly preferred.
Comfortable using parts look-up systems and basic computer tools.
Able to communicate clearly with technicians advisors and customers.
Organized reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Team player focused on doing things the right way.
