Job Summary

Position: ServiceNow Developer
Location: Phoenix AZ (LOCALS ONLY) Hybrid.
Contract role

Technical Skills:
- Proficient in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript Glide API Angular JS HTML5 SCSS UI Builder etc.)
- Expertise in configuring ServiceNow modules including ITSM ITOM and CMDB and understanding of ServiceNow Common Services Data Model (CSDM)
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST SOAP MID Server etc.)
- Familiarity with ServiceNow update sets versioning and deployment processes
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident Problem Change Management)
Certifications:ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) & ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) are highly preferred. Other certifications like ITIL Foundation are a plus.
