a) Handing Account Payable-finance operations with team size of 15
b) Performing deep dive and contribute to process improvements
c) Driving operation to achieve key goals
d) Representing ops in leadership calls
e) Coordinating with multiple teams- Tech product and Business Partnering teams
f) Experience in managing process and operational escalations
- 2 years of team management experience
- 4 years of Accounts Payable (AP) experience
- Experience using data to influence business decisions
- Knowledge of Six Sigma defect reduction techniques (Lean etc.)
- Experience of Oracle/Oracle Payables/Oracle Receivables
- Experience in accounts payable accounts receivable or procurement
