Job Role:
- UK SC (Security Cleared) is Mandatory
- L3 SCCM skills
- L3 PowerShell Scripting skills
- SCCM Packaging and Deployment
- Raise Change Requests / Attend CAB meetings.
- Create and maintain application packages using tools such as AdminStudio InstallShield and PowerShell.
- Repackage legacy applications for modern deployment platforms (e.g. Intune MSIX).
- Deploy applications using SCCM and Intune ensuring correct targeting (user/device-based) and compliance with licensing models.
- Maintain and update deployment collections boundary groups and distribution points.
- Troubleshoot deployment failures and remediate issues across pre-production and production environments.
- Maintain accurate documentation for packaging and deployment processes.
- Support change management processes and ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Work closely with application owners service desk and infrastructure teams to gather requirements and validate deployments.
- Proven experience in application packaging (MSI MSIX App-V).
- Strong knowledge of SCCM (Current Branch) including application deployment reporting and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell VBScript Batch).
- Familiarity with Active Directory Group Policy and Windows 10/11 environments.
- Experience with Intune Autopilot and Conditional Access is a plus.
- Experience with enterprise environments (e.g. EDF Energy utilities sector) is advantageous.
