An excellent opportunity for a Manufacturing Engineer to join a local manufacturing company. Working within a modern machine-based production environment you will play a key role in driving process efficiency product quality and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

The Role:

Design develop and optimise manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and product quality
Support the development and implementation of new production lines and facilities
Analyse manufacturing methods materials and equipment to identify cost-effective solutions
Develop and implement process improvements to reduce downtime defects and costs
Collaborate with product design teams to ensure manufacturability of new products
Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues related to equipment processes and materials
Maintain and modify existing equipment to enhance performance and reliability
Prepare and maintain technical documentation process specifications and standards

The Person:

Degree in Manufacturing Mechanical Industrial Engineering or a related discipline
3 years experience in a manufacturing or production engineering role
Strong knowledge of machining assembly and welding processes
Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD
