Abouttherole

As a Customer Success Manager youll be a trusted partner for a portfolio of B2B customers ensuring they get the most value from our current solutions while we move toward one unified platform.


Youll guide customers through change with clarity and confidence helping them stay successful throughout this transformation. At the same time youll collaborate internally to align our customer success approach across the newly merged organization and contribute to shaping what great customer experience looks like in our next chapter.


Whatyoulldo

  • Ownandmanageaportfolioofcustomersthroughouttheirlifecycle-fromonboardingtoexpansion.
  • Becomeanexpertinourplatformandservicestoconfidentlyguidecustomers and answer their questions.
  • Proactivelyengage with customers to anticipate needs address potential challenges and ensure continued success.
  • Educateandempower users by helping them reach their desired outcomes positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Driveretentionandsatisfaction by executing key Customer Success activities aligned with our Customer Journey.
  • Meetandexceed performance goals including customer satisfaction engagement and renewal targets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionality with teams such as Marketing Sales and Product to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Work closely with fellow CSMs in our Copenhagen-based Customer Success team and report directly to our Director of Customer Success Søren Harbo Genesteix.


Whatyoubring

  • 1-2 years of experience in Customer Success Account Management or another B2B customer-facing role.
  • A curious and adaptable mindset - comfortable working in a transforming organization.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills with empathy and commercial awareness.
  • FluencyinDanish(mostofourcustomersareDanish)andprofessionalproficiencyinEnglish.
