Job Summary
Job Title: RN Quality Assurance Nurse
Location: Flagstaff AZ 86001
Schedule: Day Shift Hours: 40/week
Pay Rate: $60$63/hr
Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking RN Quality Assurance Nursefor an exciting job in Flagstaff AZ.
Key Responsibilities
Implement QA policies and ensure compliance with state federal and regulatory standards.
Conduct audits interviews and data analysis; prepare QA/QAPI reports and assist with corrective action plans.
Review CASPER reports and support facility readiness for surveys.
Lead QA and Infection Control committee meetings.
Monitor infections using McGeer and non-McGeer criteria; conduct daily infection prevention rounds; stay current with CDC/CMS guidelines.
Identify staff training needs conduct education sessions evaluate competency and maintain training records.
Skills & Knowledge
Strong understanding of QA/QAPI processes infection control OBRA and nursing home regulations.
Data analysis reporting accuracy and audit skills.
Effective communication problem-solving and staff training abilities.
