About The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Support professional to provide exceptional administrative support to the AEP Chief Investigator and Executive Team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication across the project.

What Youll Do

Provide high-level administrative support to the AEP Chief Investigator and Executive Team.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Manage diaries correspondence and meeting coordination.
Prepare agendas briefing documents and accurate minutes; track action items.
Draft professional reports presentations and communications.
Maintain databases and records to ensure operational efficiency.
Coordinate project activities events and functions.

About You

Experience providing executive-level administrative support.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
Experience in medical research or university environments (highly desirable).
Bachelors degree in Science or similar (desirable).
