Position Overview:
The Project Manager will serve as the central point of communication for project timelines manpower scheduling and material needs. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented proactive and able to communicate effectively with crews clients and vendors in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build manage and adjust daily and weekly project schedules for multiple crews
- Coordinate personnel assignments to ensure efficient use of labor
- Clearly communicate schedule updates and changes to crews clients and management
- Order all necessary materials tools and supplies for each job
- Coordinate and schedule material deliveries to job sites
- Track inventory verify deliveries and ensure crews have what they need to stay on schedule
- Collaborate with internal teams contractors and clients to meet project goals
- Monitor project progress proactively resolve scheduling or supply-chain issues
- Conduct on-site visits as needed to ensure quality safety and timeline alignment
- Maintain organized project documentation updates and reports
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
- 2 years of project management scheduling or coordination experience; experience in the paint coatings or construction industry strongly preferred
- Strong scheduling and organizational abilitiesable to manage multiple crews and shifting timelines
- Excellent communication and leadership skills in both languages
- Familiarity with ordering receiving and tracking construction/paint materials
- Proficiency with project management or scheduling software
- Valid drivers license and ability to travel to project sites as needed
