Senior Digital Integration Project Management Specialist

Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Digital Integration Project Management Specialist to join the Space Launch System (SLS) program in Huntsville AL.

Boeing is seeking a delivery-focused Data Analytics & Digital Integrator to lead cross-functional analytics projects perform hands-on coding and accelerate adoption of new technology across the program. This role combines project leadership stakeholder engagement data engineering/analytics and emerging-AI capabilities to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Position Responsibilities:

• Oversees develops coordinates integrates analyzes and maintains integrated plans and schedules for highly complex or difficult projects programs and change driven activities to execute in accordance with project management industry standards

• Directs and provides high level studies/analysis (trend variance impact) determines scope reports and oversight of planning requests

• Identifies risk and opportunity potential develops mitigation planning and refines the business case

• Develops and executes the process and strategy for the integration of plans and schedules

• Consults and recommends integrated planning scheduling change and baseline management processes techniques and tools to management considered to be best practices across the industry

• Recognized as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives

• Authorizes commitment of resources by obtaining approvals from stakeholders

• Oversees deployment of approved recommendations at Division Business Unit and/or Enterprise levels

• Facilitates workshops and training for program engineering and business teams on analytics and AI fundamentals responsible use and tooling

• Ensures compliance with security and privacy IT guidelines

• Translates business requirements into analytics solutions and AI/ML initiatives

• Introduce AI-practices for pragmatic responsible adoption

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelors degree or higher in a business or science related field

• 10 years professional experience in analytics data engineering data science or related fields

• 10 years experience leading projects or delivering cross-functional analytics workstreams

• Experience building dashboards and visualizations (Power BI Tableau Looker etc.).

• Experience in the implementation and use of Program Management Best Practices

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Experience developing and managing strong relationships with partners (internal & external) and government customers and representatives

• Experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership

• Strong stakeholder management communication and presentation skills

• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)

• Experience in Space Programs

Work Location:

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

NASA Access:

This position requires the ability to obtain access to a National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) facility.

Travel:

Position may require travel up to 10% of the time.

Summary pay range: USD $141100 $190900
