Who We Want
As an Open Deck Solutions Specialist you will help build and lead Arrives Open Deck Line of Business to achieve substantial revenue growth and market penetration. From day one you will help develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to position Arrive as a leader in the Open Deck space. You will be part of a Team dedicated to fostering a high-performing culture driving collaboration innovation and exceptional results.
What Youll Do
- Identify and price all Open Deck RFPs/spot quotes effectively.
- Capitalize on market opportunities emerging trends and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams RevGen operations pricing marketing to align goals and optimize performance.
- Lead the development and execution of sales strategies to drive new business and expand existing accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Help oversee the day-to-day operations of the Open Deck business ensuring efficiency quality and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Leadership to implement robust processes and systems to support growth and scalability report and track internal KPIs to measure success.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and profitability.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in business logistics or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in the 3PL space preferably focused on the Open Deck Mode.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Passion for innovation and customer service.

$55000 - $65000 a year
The base salary range for this position is $55000 - $65000 plus bonus and benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the pay range for the position across all locations. Within the range individual pay is determined based on work location job-related skills experience relevant education or training.
