Key Responsibilities:
Assist in executing key initiatives from the Marketplace Content Strategy to ensure alignment with Boomis Marketplace Strategy.
Support and coordinate partner engagement to develop update and optimize solution listings ensuring they are accurate relevant and customer-ready.
Help coordinate with partners to establish and enforce Marketplace best practices content quality standards and guidelines for Marketplace listings to ensure consistency and relevance.
Support the creation and coordination of a feedback loop framework from customers partners and internal teams to enhance Marketplace offerings over time.
Coordinate cross-functionally with Marketplace stakeholders to align on priorities and content governance under guidance from senior team members.
Help monitor and compile reports on Marketplace analytics to track engagement usage and adoption trends.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in program coordination marketing or marketplace management preferably in SaaS.
Strong organizational and management skills with excellent attention to detail.
Strategic thinker with the ability to plan and execute initiatives effectively.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in assisting in managing digital catalogs content systems or marketplaces is a plus.
Experience in engaging with partners/vendors is preferred.
Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced global environment.
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with collaboration and analytics tools (e.g. Jira Power BI) is preferred.

Increased Marketplace solution adoption and engagement.
Improved accuracy and quality of Marketplace listings.
Positive feedback from internal stakeholders and partners.
