The Toronto Blue Jays are hiring for the 2026season!

A Gameday position with the Toronto Blue Jays means contributing to an unforgettable fan experience throughout the ballpark. The fan experience means a commitment to providing best-in-class customer service for fans who travel from near and far to watch Canadas team. Please note that these are seasonal roles aligned with the baseball and Rogers Centre events schedule spanning fromapproximatelyFebruary to November 2026.


This is a part-time contract position
with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively interact with fans to provide mobile ticketdelivery support outsideRogers Centre gates
  • Provide dedicated ticket support services for Blue Jaysticket purchasersusing TicketmastersArchticsSystemTMWinand TM1 Entry
  • Handle customer service inquires related to turnstile issues transferred ticketsrelocatesand upgrades
  • Ensure the application of WE CARE service principles in all interactions with fans
  • Have experienced knowledge of Blue Jays gate entry processes mobile ticketappsand Rogers Centre seating plan
  • Have a knowledgeable understanding of all Blue Jays staff policies including health and safety protocols
  • Commitment to contributing positively to a culture of equality within an inclusive and safe workplace
  • Perform otherdutiesas needed to support a positive gameday experience


Qualifications:

Must be able to workall 81 home games (evenings weekends and holidays) and other Rogers Centre concerts/events as.


  • Ticketingexperience;knowledge of Ticketmaster systems preferred (PCIArchtics TM1)
  • Ability to work in a busy fast-paced environmentwhile standing/walking outdoors for3-5 hourshifts
  • Excellent people skills with the ability to interact effectively withfansandcollaborate withstaff members at all levels within the organization
  • A committedpatientandprofessional approach tocustomer service excellenceincluding AODA Customer Services Standard developed through a minimum oftwoyearspreviouswork experience
  • Reliableresponsibleand punctual
  • Proven ability to work well both independently and as a team player
