Job Summary

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer with strong expertise in Mivan (aluminium formwork) construction to manage and execute high-rise building projects. The candidate will be responsible for site execution quality safety and coordination to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Execute and supervise high-rise construction works (RCC & finishing).
Manage Mivan formwork cycles and structural activities.
Monitor shuttering reinforcement concreting welding and carpentry works.
Ensure quality control safety compliance and adherence to drawings.
Coordinate with consultants contractors and MEP teams Architects Company management and other vendors for effective flow of work and timely resolving of drawing issues.
Track daily progress and resolve site execution issues.

Key Skills

Strong knowledge of RCC and Mivan construction systems
Hands-on experience in shuttering welding and carpentry supervision Interior works Erection works Waterproofing etc.
Good understanding of drawings BBS and site planning
Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Excel

Preferred

Experience in fast-track high-rise projects
Strong leadership and site coordination skills

Experience

8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in high-rise building construction (minimum 25 floors mandatory).
Proven experience in Mivan (aluminium formwork) construction systems.
