Job Summary
Hoplite Solutionsis seeking Target Digital Network Analysts (TDNAs) to support core Intelligence Community (IC) missions at multiple locations to include Maryland. As a TDNA you will be given the opportunity to showcase your SIGINT analysis talent and expertise while supporting missions that are vital to our national security. These positions are for upcoming open positions expected to be released in January 2026.
As a TDNA you will:
- Conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate insights and leads
- Ensure target continuity profile targets and their activities and develop techniques to gain additional target information
- Maintain appropriate databases for targeting tasking and analysis
- Identify intelligence gaps to tailor current collection or enable new collection to close the gaps
- Employ multiple analysis disciplines such as pattern recognition against targets communications network usage and digital footprints
- Apply your knowledge and understanding of IC needs and missions
- Be part of a team working together with government military and contractor personnel to develop shared understandings of intelligence needs mission relevance and areas of expertise
- Apply your innate curiosity and analytical talent to form hypotheses critically assess and choose analysis techniques then query merge enrich evaluate and pivot within data to attain and share insights
- Distill document contextualize and share your findings--including any new tradecraft that you develop--with teammates stakeholders and intelligence consumers
Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI with polygraph
- Level 2
- 2 years applicable experience with a PhD OR
- 3 years applicable experience with a masters degree OR
- 5 years applicable experience with a bachelors degree OR
- 7 years applicable experience with an associate degree OR
- 9 years applicable experience without a degree
- Level 3
- 4 years applicable experience with a PhD OR
- 6 years applicable experience with a masters degree OR
- 8 years applicable experience with a bachelors degree OR
- 10 years applicable experience with an associate degree OR
- 12 years applicable experience without a degree
- Level 4
- 7 years applicable experience with a PhD OR
- 9 years applicable experience with a masters degree OR
- 11 years applicable experience with a bachelors degree OR
- 13years applicable experience with an associate degree OR
- 15years applicable experience without a degree
- Relevant experience requires aspects of Intelligence Analysis (e.g. target development social network analysis metadata analysis knowledge of customer tool sets and databases).
- In some cases foreign language proficiency may also be used to satisfy experience requirements.
