Position:Nonpublic Title I Tutor

Hours:14 or fewer hours per week

Dates:2025-2026 School Year

Location:St. Josephs - Non Public

Salary:30.00/hr

Qualifications:

Valid Minnesota elementary teaching license
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with students parents staff administration and the general public;
Knowledgeableregardingrelevant learning technology and proficientin its use;
Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing;
Skilled in collaborating with classroom teachers and administration;
Organized - documentation paperwork compliance activities;
Experience and proficiencyin the implementation of current best practices in instruction and learning;
Ability to use the Resource Model andsmall group support as needed;
Intercultural competence including the ability to effectively teach students from diverse racial and cultural backgrounds;
Ability to travel to a non-public school (or schools) within the ISD 197 boundary

Desired Qualifications:

Experience tutoring students in a non-public elementary school setting

Responsibilities:

Provide in-personinstruction to individuals or small groups on student contact days at non-public elementary schools.
- Progress monitoring to guide instruction
- Documentation for Title I compliance
- Support St. Josephs school
Communicate with District 197 Title I staff and non-public staff (principal teachers) about student progress.
