Responsibilities
- Design complex internal tools (procurement flows AP workflows approvals multi-step processes).
- Translate business workflows into clear intuitive interfaces that reduce friction for hotel teams.
- Produce wireframes prototypes and specs in Figma/Sketch; maintain component consistency.
- Collaborate closely with frontend engineers for feasible high-quality implementation.
- Advocate for end-user needs and usability throughout the product lifecycle.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in software development.
- Strong UI and UX background (beyond visual design).
- Experience designing complex internal tools (procurement AP approvals multi-step processes).
- Ability to turn business workflows into intuitive low-friction interfaces.
- Familiarity with design tools (Figma Sketch etc.) and tight collaboration with frontend engineers.
- Demonstrated end-user perspective in decision making.
- Advanced English.
- Experience building or maintaining design systems (tokens variants documentation).
- Experience running usability tests or analytics reviews for internal tools.
