Chartwells are specialists in providing catering and hospitality services in education. Our goal is to provide engaging and nutritious dining solutions tailored to support academic achievement at the highest levels.

THE POSITION

Prepare fresh nutritious meals daily for 80 100 children.
Manage many allergy and dietary requirements each day.
Very stringent allergen and dietary procedures involved. Requires meticulous and careful work.
Monitor stock and minimize wastage
Adhere to hygiene standards and appropriate food handling practices
Assist with functions and events during the year
Monday to Friday 6am to 2pm.
Centre closed for two weeks at Christmas
Training provided

THE PERSON

Minimum Cert. III Commercial Cookery
Current Working with Children Check or ability to obtain
Must have a current drivers license
Experience with bulk cooking preferred
Very strong understanding of allergen management and food safety
Passionate about healthy and nutritious food
