Job Summary
Job Opportunity: Locum Physician - Primary Care
Join our dedicated team at a primary care facility in beautiful Rio Grande New Jersey. We are looking for a Locum Family Practice Physician to provide comprehensive care in a supportive environment. Enjoy a Monday to Friday schedule with no call no inpatient responsibilities and no emergency department backup. This position is perfect for those seeking flexibility in their practice.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide adult outpatient care and support for a diverse patient population.
- Interpret EKGs to assist in patient assessments.
- Conduct disability exams as part of occupational medicine services.
- No supervision of other healthcare providers required.
- Utilize Cerner EMR for documentation and patient management.
Qualifications:
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine.
- Active New Jersey Medical License preferred (can obtain prior to start).
- BLS Certification required.
- Experience in adult outpatient care is essential.
- Proficiency in EKG interpretation required.
- Experience performing disability exams is preferred.
- Familiarity with Cerner EMR is a plus.
- Preference for candidates with experience in primary care or outpatient clinic settings.
License and Certification Requirements:
- Active New Jersey Medical License (required).
- BLS Certification (required).
