Family Medicine Physician opportunity in Phoenix AZ

The Family Medicine Physician will provide comprehensive primary care in a fully outpatient setting supporting preventive health chronic disease management and patient education. This role is ideal for someone who values continuity of care and wants to practice medicine in a relationship-driven environment.

Position Highlights:

Full-time or Part-time MondayFriday
Perform annual wellness exams and provide preventive acute and chronic care
Manage a diverse panel of patients across all ages
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure coordinated patient-centered care
Support managed care initiatives and quality programs
Provide patient education to promote healthy lifestyle and disease prevention
Participate in practice-wide quality improvement efforts

Prerequisites / License & Certification Requirements:

Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
Valid Arizona medical license (or ability to obtain)
Current DEA registration
Experience in outpatient primary care preferred
Strong patient communication and interpersonal skills
