The Family Medicine Physician will provide comprehensive primary care in a fully outpatient setting supporting preventive health chronic disease management and patient education. Position Highlights:

- Full-time or Part-time MondayFriday
- Perform annual wellness exams and provide preventive acute and chronic care
- Manage a diverse panel of patients across all ages
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure coordinated patient-centered care
- Support managed care initiatives and quality programs
- Provide patient education to promote healthy lifestyle and disease prevention
- Participate in practice-wide quality improvement efforts
Prerequisites / License & Certification Requirements:
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Valid Arizona medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Current DEA registration
- Experience in outpatient primary care preferred
- Strong patient communication and interpersonal skills
