Job Summary:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Personal Care Assistantfor an exciting job in Ashburn VA.

Responsibilities:

Assist with ADLs (bathing dressing toileting feeding).
Support mobility transfers and use of assistive devices.
Provide behavioral and emotional support for individuals with developmental or mental health conditions.
Help students stay engaged and follow IEPs/BIPs.
Document and report behaviors progress and safety concerns.
Maintain a clean safe environment; assist with light housekeeping and meal prep.
Accompany clients/students to activities or appointments.

Qualifications:

Compassionate patient and able to follow care plans.
Strong communication and de-escalation skills.
Physically able to assist with lifting and mobility.
Reliable and professional.

Preferred: Experience with special education behavioral health PCA/HHA/paraprofessional roles and CPR/First Aid.
