We are currently searching for a IT Recruitment Lead:
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for IT roles
- Identify and source technical talent across specialized platforms
- Conduct competency-based interviews and coordinate technical evaluations with development teams
- Recruit for technical profiles including Frontend QA DevOps Infrastructure and Security
- Use platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter GitHub GetOnBoard Computrabajo and OCC
- Collaborate with tech areas to understand role requirements and technical terminology
- Apply basic agile concepts within recruitment workflows
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment
- Strong understanding of technical roles and technology stacks
- Experience using specialized recruiting platforms
- Proficiency in competency-based interviewing and technical evaluation coordination
- Ability to interpret technical profiles and terminology
- Basic knowledge of agile methodologies and technology environments
Languages
- Advanced Oral English.
- Native Spanish.
