Job Summary
A high-performing secondary school in Birmingham is seeking a proactive and strategic School Business Manager to join its operations team from January 2026. The successful School Business Manager will oversee finance HR estates and administration ensuring efficient processes and strong compliance across the school. Working closely with the Headteacher and senior leadership team the School Business Manager will provide accurate financial reporting and operational leadership. An induction and handover will be arranged before January 2026 so the School Business Manager is fully prepared for the spring term.
