A prestigious grammar school in Merton is seeking a knowledgeable and committed Site Manager to oversee the maintenance security and day-to-day operational running of the school site.

About the Role

The Site Manager will lead the premises team ensuring that buildings and grounds are safe well-maintained and compliant. You will work closely with senior leaders to develop long-term maintenance plans and manage contractors and site projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing site staff and overseeing daily operations

  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations

  • Planning and implementing maintenance schedules

  • Managing contractors building projects and risk assessments

  • Maintaining security protocols and emergency procedures

Requirements

  • Previous experience managing a school or commercial site

  • Strong understanding of H&S and compliance

  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills
