Job Summary

We are looking for a Process engineer to develop our manufacturing processes at Rauma factory. You will be developing assembly or component manufacturing processes to ensure safety quality and efficiency.
In this position you will take care of following activities
- Process design and optimization
- Continuous Improvement
- Problem solving and Root cause analysis
- Various development projects
Our ideal candidate has relevant engineering degree and some years experience on manufacturing technologies. Fluency in Finnish and English is a prerequisite for successful collaboration. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles is needed. Additionally data analysis skills are an advantage in the position.
We are looking for people with continuous improvements mindset. You will work closely with cross-functional teams. To be successful in the position you can manage your own performance effectively.
