Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop fuel injection components and systems (injectors pumps rails valves) for 2-stroke and 4-stroke marine engines.
  • Perform detailed hydraulic and mechanical calculations to ensure system performance and durability.
  • Perform design validation using FEA & CFD tools.
  • Analyze test data to identify performance trends failure modes and improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with IMO emission regulations and classification society standards.
  • Prepare technical documentation including design reports test plans and validation summaries.
  • Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives for existing systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering Marine Engineering or related field.
  • 3 7 years of experience in fuel system design and validation preferably in marine or heavy-duty engines.
  • Proficiency in CAD (SolidWorks CATIA) and simulation tools (ANSYS GT-Suite AMESim).
  • Strong understanding of combustion principles fluid dynamics and thermodynamics.
  • Experience with high-pressure hydraulic systems and electronic fuel injection controls.
  • Familiarity with marine engine standards (IMO Tier II/III SOLAS MARPOL).
  • Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
